We pride ourselves on quick order processing and fast shipping and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3–5 business days (depending on location).

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days (for an additional charge).

  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days (for an additional charge, where available).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. You will be provided with the total shipping cost before completing your order.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will typically be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For any shipping inquiries outside the U.S., please contact us directly.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as needed.
