Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes all accessories, parts, and documentation.

Return with Original Stamps: The product must be returned with any stamps or seals still intact as they were when shipped to you. Products without the original stamps may not be eligible for a refund or return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and any necessary documentation for your return. Please include the following details in your request:

3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the returned item does not meet the return eligibility (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original stamps), we may decline the refund or offer a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assist with a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
